Overview
A mobile first social networking startup targeting feature set such as chats, communities and profiles. The application was available across, geography, devices and operating systems.
Challenges
While there were a large number of enrollments the platform was not able to scale beyond 200 concurrent sessions and had poor availability resulting in user attrition and limited growth.

Recovering architectural design from code quality assessment and creating an event based loosely coupled services architecture.
